BoatU.S. Grows in Jacksonville, FL

Boat Owners Association of the United States (BoatU.S.) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony today at its new Florida Service Center located at 6255 Lake Gray Boulevard in Jacksonville, Fla. The new facility expands the Association's customer service capabilities for its on-the-water towing, roadside assistance and recreational boat insurance programs.

BoatU.S. first came to Jacksonville 10 years ago when it opened a Service Center nearby with just two employees. The new Lake Gray Boulevard location employs a staff of 20, with the ability to expand during the busy summer boating season.

With two additional Service Centers in Newport Beach, CA and Woodbridge, VA, the new Florida location also helps the 650,000 member boating organization decentralize critical support functions across the U.S.
