Spilling gasoline and diesel into the water during refueling is far too common among recreational boaters.  In addition to being illegal in the U.S., fuel spills are damaging to the environment and detrimental to marine wildlife.  Recipient of the 2002 Canadian Safe Boating Award, the No-Spill fuel recovery system from Davis Instruments prevents harmful spillage during tank filling.

This durable, fuel-resistant plastic bottle temporarily attaches to the hull with two super-strong suction cups.  Placed over the fuel tank vent, No-Spill captures gasoline and diesel when the tank reaches a full level.  Fuel caught in this sturdy container can be poured into the tank through the bottle top, keeping it safely in the boat and not in the water.

Reliable as well as convenient, No-Spill features a large opening and rubber gasket on its side to guarantee a tight seal over the vent.  As required by the U.S. Coast Guard, an oil discharge plaque is printed on the bottle.  It fits boats with fuel tank vents up to 1-1/2" in diameter.

The No-Spill from Davis Instruments retails for $23.99.
