Irvine, Calif. - Intellian, the world's technological leader in marine satellite antennas, announced today that it has shipped its 10,000th marine antenna system in just five years. Entering into the market as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) with a single television receive only (TVRO) antenna, the company began marketing antennas under the Intellian brand name in early 2008. In 2009, Intellian entered the marine satellite communications market with the introduction of VSAT and Inmarsat antenna ranges, and now manufacturers a full line of 28 antenna models. Intellian sales have grown over 100% year over year since its inception. The company reinvests 20% of its revenue into research and development. With extensive on-the-water testing and the experience obtained shipping 10,000 units, Intellian consistently improves the performance, operation and reliability of its systems.

"It has been Intellian's mission from day one, to design and manufacturer antennas with the highest quality, reliability and performance for the marine market," said Eric Sung, president, Intellian. "Reaching 10,000 unit sales in a mere five years is a strong validation that we are achieving that mission. We are dedicated to continuing to develop innovative solutions, producing the best marine TV and communications antennas possible, and further building trust in the Intellian name."

Intellian manufacturers a complete line of satellite communications and TV antennas for the marine market. With a focus on reliability and durability, Intellian antennas are designed and tested to the most stringent standards, including both Lloyd's and DNV, to provide superior operation and long-life performance in even the most difficult sea and weather conditions. Intellian works with a global network of over 260 dealers. The Intellian i-Series antennas are backed by an industry leading three-year parts and one-year labor warranty in the United States. All other Intellian antennas include two-year parts and one-year labor warranties. For more information on Intellian, or its entire product line, please contact or visit
