Discount deals make this the perfect time to get away for fall

Whether you're looking to relax, recharge, unwind, or just escape the daily grind, fall is a perfect time to hit the restart button with some vacation fun.

'All-inclusive resorts now rival cruise vacations as the best deal with three-night air and resort vacations starting at only $709* per person.'

The all-inclusive package at the Allegro Nuevo Vallarta, for example, includes unlimited meals, snacks and beverages, full open bar (three restaurants, two bars), limited in-room dining, chaise lounges and towel service near pool and beach areas, fitness room, kid's club with supervised activities (ages 4 to 12), two tennis courts, volleyball, ping-pong, water polo, aqua aerobics, kayaking, boogie boards, snorkeling and giant chess board, daily activities near pool and beach areas, nightly shows and entertainment as well as taxes and gratuities.

Preuter says another fall option consists of getting back to nature and kicking back on a houseboat, enjoying the lakes and waterways that provide endless recreation.
