Winterfest is a boat parade in Hollywood, Fla., which actually takes place on the water. This year it will take place on December 14, 2013. People decorate their houseboats, yachts, pontoons, runabouts and much more to dazzle the crowd on the shore. It is truly a one-of-a-kind event that has been going on for 42 years.

Winterfest is a multi-cultural event, which encourages and promotes diversity and is proud to have representation from a variety of races and religions.  Watch this video for more information.
