This year, Aqua-Kem from Thetford Marine is celebrating its golden anniversary with 50 years in the industry under its belt. This holding tank deodorant works to control odor in all weather conditions and features a 100% biodegradable formula that liquefies waste and breaks down tissue. "Since its founding, Thetford has been a pioneer in sanitation. 1967, however, marks the introduction of Aqua-Kem and a vast improvement of the boating experience," stated Gianluca Silvestri, Thetford Marine business unit manager. Aqua-Kem is available in 1-gallon, 32- and 8-ounce bottles, and the rapid-dissolve, water-soluble packets called Toss-Ins.
