I want to wish all the great board members and houseboat Magazine staff A a great Christmas and Happy New year. May you get the boat of your dreams and be happy sailors.

I also wish to express my appreciation for the great job all have done and contributed to this board. It is without doubt the best boat board on the net as well as the best Houseboat board.

Thanks All

The Pirate

I would also like to ditto Pirate's comments and thank all of you old timers for sharing your experience and patiently answering questions from newbies like me. It is very easy to make expensive mistakes with a houseboat, and your posts have been extremely helpful. We are very excited about 2013 and hope to ring in the new year on our boat. Merry Christmas to all!

Someone sent this to me 12 years ago, and I've passed it along ever since :)
(it's a "program", but it's ok to run it, honest!)

Thank you to the moderators and the contributors on this great forum. I get a great deal of joy from being a part of this community. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! And for those of us in the crummy cold climates, just remember after New Years Day we will be boating again "this year"!

Merry Christmas from south Florida. 82 degrees, just doesn't seem like Christmas.

82!!!!.........82 sounds perfect! I have an idea! You can bring your family up here and use my house and have a cold, maybe snowy or even icy (you're welcome to use my snow blower and ice melt) Christmas, and I'll come have beautiful warm and sunny Christmas there.

I can be packed and on the road in 30 minutes or less!

Dan, I would agree to your deal but, my Ford truck quits running every time I start driving north. The dealer could not find anything wrong with it. Had the same problem last year and I had to wait till April to make the trip.
