Can anyone speak to the quality of build on the Bluewater Yachts? I know it is fiberglass, but wanted to know how they stacked up against other fiberglass boats such as the Harbor Master, Gibson, etc.

Thanks

I ma only speaking from personal experience, so take it for what it's worth.
When we were looking for another boat, we fell in love with the "Look" of the Bluewater. We had looked at 2 in person and the rest on the internet.
At that particular time, they all seemed to have spongy deck issues. For the ones that we couldn't see in person, the broker told us about soft spots. This is not to turn you away from Blue Waters', only to let you know that this may be a popular issue.
Best of luck in your quest.

Harbor Master and Gibson are in 2 different Leagues. Blue water is in between. Heres the deal. An open slipped boat ages 5 times as fast as a covered slip boat. Look for a boat in the Heartland area that has spent its life in a covered slip.
