Any cost efficient ideas on quieting down the exhaust on our Gibson?
We've got four dry exhausts (with baffles I think) and the boat can get a bit loud out the back.

Mufflers - not cheap
Not cheap and not overly effective if you're talking about in line dry mufflers. My dock neighbor put them on his Harbor Master earlier this year and I really see almost no difference.
Similar to these were on my Crusader 350/270s when I bought the boat. They work pretty well. I can carry on a conversation on the flybridge while under way, but not too fast. ebay for ~$75ea.
SALISBURY TM-160 MUFFLER MUFFLE GARD SILENCER FOR FLANGE UP TO 5*1/2 DIAM
I installed 90 degree rubber exhaust pipes off the rear discharge.
That way it was not just the straight baffles, and turned the noise downward to the water.
This did work some, for little money.
But hey, enjoy the sound of two Chevy Cameros with open headers!!
The best person I can think of for fiberglass mufflers would be Wayne at Ultra Marine:

The muffler he built for my ski boat (a MasterCraft with a 5.7L motor) is nicely quiet even though my exhaust exits the boat above waterline.
