    Checked on boat yesterday

I had to go by my boat yesterday to get my drill so I could repair something at my house that broke. While doing my normal walk-through inspection of the boat, I noticed the water level in my marine air's strainer wasn't as high as usual. I listened closely and could hear air seeping into the system somehow, so I started playing with the fittings / hoses / clamps to see if I could identify which one it was. When I did this, I must have upset the system because it lost suction completely and ran itself dry.

For the next 3 hours, I disconnected all the HVAC hoses, cleaned the barbs, cleaned the threads on the fittings, cut old hose tips off, moved system pump around to fit shorter hoses, reconnected system, and trouble shooted / resolved further air leaks.

In the end, the system runs strong, but didn't get all the crap done that I was supposed to at the house.

    I T N E V E R E N D S ! ! ! ! !

But, it is always more fun to work on the boat instead of the house.
