Just curious Ditch, what type of boat are you looking at buying to replace this one?

The one that is listed at Pickwick? Nice boat. How will it hold up to saltwater?

I would list it, as I know there are houseboats in the Keys, and up the West Coast around Marco Island and Sanibel Island areas.

I also know there are houseboats rentals in the Keys.

I sold the Hilburn coastal and am working on getting Gibson along with someone else you know on here. If the deal works we will be building a trawler type boat as well as the normal Gibsons.

Well, that didn't take long to sell! A guy I know is thinking about selling his 16 X 75' Horizon in order to buy an 18' X 75' Horizon on our same lake. I'm very tempted to talk to him about striking a deal with him on his current boat, but I don't think the wife will even entertain the thought of selling our current boat. She has a new house on her mind instead.

Tell her that is why it is called a "house" boat.

Yep. Explain to her you can kill two birds with one houseboat...
She's a tired old barge but she's paid for... http://s71.beta.photobucket.com/user...24993.pbw.html
