Florida Keys marina recommendations for liveaboards?

Hi all, new house barge owner in NYC and I wanna take the plunge and do this where the water is clear! I'd love to stay in the upper keys to be close to Miami for work and I'm wondering if any of you has experience with houseboats/barges, floating homes or any marinas in the area and can share any experience that you have with the area.

    Thanks so much!

Liveaboard marina's are few and far between in Miami and those that do offer it are usually wait-listed or very expensive per foot.

Upper keys: The "Clear" water starts usually at Islamorada on the bayside.
