    Maintenance Fees

I have seen some info on here but wonder what is a reasonable maintenance fee for a 20x70 foot slip with water and garbage pickup?

My slip fees on the Tombigbee Waterway for a 18 X50 ft covered slip run $325 per month. This includes free water, WiFi, trash, and Cable TV. Plus we have showers, hot tub, and swimming pool.
