    A 1970 custom built, all aluminum, 52ft. x 18ft. houseboat which was featured in the "Houseboat Magazine", Volume 17, issue 4.

    Boat Information:
    Two 15ft. x 15ft. Salons (one upper and one lower with spiral stairs between). Both have fully equipped pilot stations.
    Boat is fully insulated with thermo pane windows
    Galley has full size refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner stove, full size oven, and double sink.
    Full Bathroom with full size tub with shower.
    One large 15ft.x12ft. Stateroom with queen bed and four closets.
    Ceiling fans in the 2 salons and in the state room.
    Area for full size washer and dryer with all hook ups.
    Central air and forced air furnace.
    Both pilot stations have a full array of gauges, radios, depth finders and controls
    A 500gal. Fresh water tank.
    Black water tank.
    A 30 gallon hot water tank.
    Three 250gal. diesel fuel tanks mounted in the 2ft. keel (for low center of gravity), with fuel filtering system to keep fuel always fresh and clean.
    Rear 24 volt electric thruster.
    A 1995 Westerbeke 15kw diesel gen. Set (closed cooling)
    100 amp. shore power.
    Has epoxy plastic coating on the hull below water line (no bottom painting required).
    Twin Caterpillar V8 diesel 3160 engines (210 hp) fully rebuilt in 2002 with remote oil filters installed, with approximately 200hrs. Also a closed cooling system.
    New engine mounts and shaft bearings
    Transmissions fully rebuilt in 2002
    Electric oil change system on all three diesel engines.
    In water engine winterizing system on all three engines.
    Complete boat repainting in 2002 with Imron paint.
    All repairs and upgrading done by Caterpillar and/or Pluckebaum.
    Have all books, pamphlets and receipts for the boat and boat accessories.
    Quad Buell horns and 5hp air compressor.
    Two remote control search lights
    Extras include: Ropes, anchor, shore ladder, fenders, shore cords, life jackets, spare props (brand new), spare prop shaft, furniture, TV, DVD/VHS player and stereo.

    Boat purchased in 1995. I am only the third owner.

    If you are comfortable buying this boat without it leaving the dock and looking at the bottom, then it is for you. The boat has not left the dock for 10+ years and the owner refuses a sea trial or to get the boat pulled from the water. Buyer Beware.

    The owner gave a song and dance saying he is too busy to have to worry about selling the boat. He thinks it is a good enough deal that he starts the engines at the dock and someone hands him a bag of cash. I truthfully think he just doesn't want to sell the boat.
