I'll try to blend in with the natives. I'm going to rent some Jeff Foxworthy DVD's and practice my accent so that when I have to pronounce words with the letter "R" in them they don't come out as "aahs".

Ok, all you guys and Gals on the board get 15% off on the rent at the Marina. You boaters from Mphs Tenn need to take notice of this. There is no tax on Rent and no tax on labor in Al. Same distance from MPHS. Climate is much better also. You save $200 per mo on a 50 ft boat. New covered 60, 50 and 40 ft slips going in. Nice quite, peaceful place. Things will start moving quickly next month.

Boy, I take off for Christmas and Pirate makes a move to expand his empire. Sounds like a great deal and I know he will do it right. Now I have a real destination on the Tenn-Tom.

Nice quite peaceful place. Columbus Miss is 12 miles away. Tuscaloosa Al is 28 miles. Columbus has more people than the entire county were the Marina is. 746 in Pickensville and 986 at the County seat where I am moving. Aliceville has over 2000 as does a couple more. County population about 20,000. My kind of place. Things are as they were 50 years ago. Go 30 minutes away and you are in a different world. You would love it, no crime to speak of and prices are right. No Tenn tax people trying to tax your boat and you to death

I am getting the rates now. I am giving you guys a discount and water and sewage are free. We are on a treated discharge so you would not need pumpout if you have a type I or II MSD. Be glad to have you.Strange it looks like it is going to fill up fast as I am getting calls down there already. I have been offered far more than I paid by a fellow who wanted it. said Coastal boats would fill it up. Stay till hurican season was over get their bottom painted and go back to the coast.. I wish one of you Guys would buy this one so I could move.

Lazycruz, what facilities do you require? I will fix you up. You have a 44 Gibson? I can take care of you either place.

$4.50 per ft, elec extra this is well below the average . Columbus is $250.00 for 40 ft slip. You get the discount from this. There is one nice Cafe, restuarants are about 10 miles away. Like I said peace and quite. address is 595 Marina Parkway. pickensville Al 35447. Decatur Al is 1600 Hwy 20 w Decatur Al 35601 Plenty of Restuarants and whatever there. Open slip is $150.00 in Decatur.

Pirate: I'm not at all familiar with the location for your new marina. What lake is that on? How far from Ohio? What exit on I75?
