Does anyone know of a company that sells a prefab type cabin kit to turn a pontoon boat into a houseboat?

I'd look into portable buildings. I'm sure you could find one that you could adapt.

Bass Pro Store sells a partial canvas/screen enclosure for the "Tracker" pontoons.
Something like that is really all one would want to burden a standard recreational pontoon boat with.
Google "Party Hut" and "Party Camper" for ideas.
