Ok, we're ready. Going on the big Howard family adventure. Going
from Wilmington IL. to Peoria IL.and back, from the 16th to
the 21st. Looking forward to it. We sell Stingray boats at
Stirn's Marine, where I work and yearly we try and get our owners on
a overnight cruise.Should have approx: 25-30 customer
boats. This year I'll take our Carl Craft. We'll leave 2 days
ahead of the rest who'll be trailering 1/2 way down river.
I'll be doing the cooking for the gang, and sounds like possibly
bartending. I'll have a crew of scurvy dogs, but they'll do. I told
em, Gaaarrr, if ye touch me Glenlevit, I be makin ye walk the
plank. Gaaarrr I be lettin ye know how she goes, when ye
comes back.

Pirate -- It looks like you have a fan and follower in RCPILOT. He will have to be advised to watch his back in your presence or you will fill another chest with his money and gold.
That sounds like a fun trip, something I wish I could do except fo the $3.85 gas price. I wish I could have been born rich instead of good looking.
Good luck and have fun.

Sounds like a very interesting trip!! I was just in Ottawa for the weekend and the river brought back memories of good times on the water. I spent a lot of time between the Marseilles and Starved Rock locks.

Check out the Gormet section for omlets to make since you are cooking for many. You would be a hit with your patrons by serving breakfast in this manner.
Have fun on your tip.
How many miles is it??

Banana Tom, I've already copied your omlet recepie. Told all about
it, they can't wait. Hey Prince, where do you keep your boat? I've
seen a boat very similar, near Harborside Marina.

Hey Prince, I saw a boat that looks similar to your avatar, just up
stream from our marina. It's about 65ft or more.
Unfortunately, the trip is off. Went for a shake down
cruise last week end, and the old girl let me down. 7.5
Kohler , isn't pumping water, can't get parts fast enough, and the
starboard engine quit while on plain. Just a electrical
glich, but not enough hours in the day to diagnosis and
repair, and work to afford. Boat is 1 hour away. Just a minor
set back, next year will be different. The vacation started today,
I had to spend the day refitting/rigging the jet boat, so the kids
will have something to do. The kids love the HotRod......So
do I. Anyway, we'll be at the houseboat till
Wednesday nextweek, but we'll still have a BLAST.
Hey, we still have BananaTom's recipe for Omlets.
Might have been a little premature, to plan this trip.
We've only owned her about 6-8 weeks. Oh well, we're
already planning next years trip. And I will have her dialed
in by then. Captain Black Tooth.

Yeah, unfortunately that was the out come then. Man, it rained like
crazy, that was the beginning of our flooding here.
I'm looking at trading for a 57 CarlCraft, now
that I've worked the bugs out of the 37. Your omlets
were very tasty Tom. The kids had a blast picking
their fixings out.
