In addition to the obvious boating and fishing, what other hobbies do you folks have?
I enjoy woodworking and photography and am currently engaged in the thought of another hobby. Eventually to be retired and traveling inland waterways was just looking for another 'thing' to keep my mind and body occupied.

I am into motorcycles as well. I don't currently have one, but I am trying to persuade the wife into letting me get another. I try to keep my mind occupied.

Hobbies? Between us, we have far too many of them. It's paying work we ought to go back to, so we can more comfortably fund the fun things. Mine are flying a little (turbo-Mooney) airplane, early music, choral music, painting water colors, and photography. Rob's are gardening, reading anything he can get his hands on, computer programming, and--- building a one-off, no-plans houseboat from scratch.

What kind of bike do you ride? I am looking at a Victory High Ball. My concern is it will take away time from the boat, but we'll see what happens. I am either going to get a bike or purchase a 2nd jet ski.

we sold our harley ultra classis last year, then we bought a new honda golding in may. we took it to new england and rode all over maine and new hampshire. we just sold it to a guy in medina who builds trikes. last tuesday when we went to look at your boat we stopped at the victory dealer in st. clairsville and was going to take a new victory vision out for a test ride when the sky opened up so it will have to be next week some time. were leaving monday morning to go to ky,tn and ga sightseeing and look at a couple of boats, maybe swing by portland,tn. and go through the gibson factory and pick up a few things. we mostly ride through the week so as not to take away the boating time.

My other hobby during the off-season is collecting firearms, mostly Mosin Nagant rifles.

My Wife and I compete our Border Collies in the sport of "Agility" and I help my buddy compete in Barbecue Tournaments.

We use our "Land Yacht" - Tiffin Phaeton Motorhome to attend to these functions.

They tend to fight with my time to hang out on the houseboat!
