We tend to beach our boat on most weekends and as hard as we try to keep it clean we keep picking up more sand.  We have a canister vacuum and a pressure washer but neither approach works very well.  Any tips for getting rid of it?

Simple solution: everyone rinses off their feet before coming back aboard. Buy two large  plastic dishpans...fill 'em with water and put one at the bottom of the boarding ramp, the other at the top of the ramp. Shoes--unless they're the kind that can get soaked--get left at the bottom of the ramp, feet get dunked in both places. Empty and refill the pans as often as necessary.
