Huh? Not sure what exactly you're asking, (How to install? How effective? Price? Where to buy?) but if you want information on Raritan Engineering and its products, including Hold'n'Treat and Purasan, your very best source of technical information is Vic Willman, at Raritan. The company's website is www.raritaneng.com, their phone number is 856-825-4900.
If you have questions, it might be more appropriate to post them on the boatkeeping/sanitation forum, in which case, boat-sanitation experts Peggie Hall or Vic Willman may see your post and give you the benefit of their excellent wisdom and experience. Do be specific about what it is you want to know.

Before you go any further with HOW to do, you need to be sure you CAN do it...whether  you can legally use the Hold 'n' Treat system to empty your tank in your waters, or whether it can only be emptied via pumpout. 'Cuz it's legal in some waters, but not all. According to your profile, you're in Indiana...where is the boat? On a lake (which one?)? River? (which one?)...?

Also, Purasan is a Type I MSD, so boat can't be over 65 feet in overall length. Type I's are only allowed on boats up to (and including) 65 feet overall.
