Greetings, I am going to rent a
houseboat for a week this summer. My family is teenage and
adult kids. My interest is fishing, scenery and
exploring the waterways by boat. Has anyone out there have
knowledge or been to both to help me decide which area to go to.

I am not familier with either waterway - but if this is your first houseboat expierance I'm sure both will be great. I would use Google Earth and look at the water way you will be in.
I started with rentals, it is a great way to use a boat and see many different bodies of waters. Most who own, never now other waters other than the one they are in.
