Below, you will find a list of brochures and booklets on Yukons.

Now that you have found your possibe dreamboat...      Fish jumps Animation     It would be good to think about buying a tarp for rain protection
Plus, if you think about it, structural support over any open area...by this, I mean the areas where 2 X 4's stradle the area with plywood sheets laid on top, then covered with a tarp...or you get a tub full of water tarp.78576kc4gtr4sh0.gif Raining picture by starmistaryu

I have looked at the different houseboating groups/sites, but it appears, I have the largest collection of information... yet I'm always hungry for more.
Should anyone find any hidden in pockets or corners
on the boat, let me know.

I have copies of Yukon Delta sales brochures and instruction sheets.
A lot of work went into restoring torn, missing sections, water destroyed and worn areas (3 to make one good brochure),  with many hours of work until they are
a nicely presented work.
I have a refaced copy of the floor plan for the 31 3/4
and 25 3/4 foot Yukon.  They have the
interior layout, a detailed depiction of layers and
weights of fiberglass as well as upper deck thickness
and what it was fabricated with.  I have the
refaced/restored copy of the brochure for the 1982
Yukon.  This shows interior pictures,
exterior pictures descriptions and offerings in the 25
3/4 and 31 3/4 Yukons.  Both the black and white floor
plans and the color brochure show the flybridge.

Other original brochure... copies:
Heater controls:
Dometic L.P. gas & electric refrigerator instructions for use.
"         "   "      "           "            "               installation instructions
Thetford Electra Magic toilet; owners manual
"         "   "      "           "            " operating instructions
Porta Potti operating instructions
Wall Heater lighting and operating instructions
Brochures:
Durable 25 foot Houseboat
Mark II 25 3/4 foot cruiser
25 foot brochure describing boat and uses, showing fold down walk around planks
Cruisable-Liveable-Affordable-Towable Yukon Delta  brochure
There are no shop manuals or wiring manuals available, only an 8 page........ paltry info sheet, typed on a manual typewriter, not proof read or showing professionalism.  But I do have an owners instruction book (40 Pages), that I have restored showing not only the Yukon Delta's wiring system, but it has the best color coded wiring diagrahms/attachments to the gauges on the dash board and accessory wiring to horns,  engine exhaust blower, lights...etc. and how they are placed.
Yes, it says Volvo Penta Instruction book...but I've looked everywhere for wiring info, and this is it.  I have it on a CD for $6.00
If you have a Volvo Penta from 1968 thru 1991, I have the Seloc Manual on CD that includes complete rebuilding, tuning, start up, maintenance and extensive parts diagrahms with pictures drawings and great troubleshooting..... $11.00.  You may be able to find the hard copy at boat shops for $45..00

There were Yukons ranging in size from 23 feet to 38
feet.  I have 2 in my collection.  25 3/4 and 31
3/4.  No I did not make up the 3/4...it is on the
black and white page.  After restoring my 23 footer, I went for the larger Yukons...  I sold my 23 footer.
Francis and Bud Mills owned the co. he died in 2002 and the son wanted to restart the company, but nothing came of it.
The last Yukon built, that I know of, was 1996.
They ranged in size from 23  to 38 feet..   I have found that if Yukons are not covered when not in
us, dry rot of the four corner 2x2,s and
some runner supports along the gunnel will have dry
rot due to water traveling along a sloping path.

If the owner of the boat, you are interested in, was the original owner and either kept it inside or covered...then, as I have stated in many writings...the roofs may have  leaks.  Even million dollar motor homes are stored with covers over them.
