Mine is a 1974 47' Islander.

Has custom arches and upper helm, TR drives with 454 engines, Newer genset, front and rear air / heat.

The wife and I restored this during the winter of 2009 after purchasing on eBay.

April 2011 House Boat Magazine will feature Thirsty Turtle 47' Boatel Islander restoration project! As we completed the project and the Magazine will do the feature this year.

Maybe someone will have send one with the arches!
