Looks like I'll put my houseboat up for sale. She's currently in the water of Lake Conroe in Conroe,TX. She is a project I'm realizing I don't have the time for. The interior is gutted out, decks are mostly pulled up and ready for fresh plywood. The interior already has plywood down. The transom has been redone and the power/outdrives are gone. A true project for someone with the time and finances to do it. I'm not putting a price on her, but I'd consider trades. A decent motorcycle might just hit the spot for me right now.

Well Tom, I've posted on here in the past. I just haven't been very active as of late. I will be the first to admit my boat is not a looker yet, but has much of the nasty work done such as powerwashing the bilges of this monster. If I had the time, and 5k to spare, she would be the perfect place to live in. (with no engines) To build a hull such as this would run someone a pretty penny. She is 62' long and 15 1/2' wide with the fiberglass catwalks. I don't have any recent pics of her, but it looks like I'll crack some storage boxes open to find the pics of her before I purchased her. The reason I didn't throw out a price is I am really not sure what it would take for me to let her go. Alot of sweat, time, and bloody knuckles have went in to her so far. But as time goes on people slowly change as well, and I think I might be at one of those points where I'm willing to trade her for something I can be with more than one every couple of years.
I stated a nice bike would probably get me, so with that in mind I think around $7,000 might do it. She has a brand new fridge and showerstall, and lots of other goodies onboard I cant begin to list.
Hope that helps you out.
