I just bought a 1975 35' crest it was listed for $12,000 with an 1983 115 johnson but it had catwalks added on the sides and is a fixer upper but it did come with a trailer. If you are on a lake that is popular for houseboats you will probably get more as it is not cheap to have them moved alot of movers wont touch them but if you look hard enough there are some out there, but do your homework on the company as I couldn't recomend mine.
