1987 Sumerset Houseboats 14x62 Widebody, 62' Maybe not the prettiest old Sumerset on the lake, but probably the most advanced! It has fly by wire technology like Cordless Remote Electric Steering, Stern Thrusting, 3 MMC engine controls, JRC Radar with Garmin GPS, Tripp-Lite 2500 inverter, Cordless Remote Search Light, plus the normal stuff like depth sounder, VHF up and down, fly bridge interphone, and central heat and air. For entertaining there is a Home Theater System with an InFocus Projector and 6 foot Screen, Zenith Surround Sound, Wall Mounted Sharp LCD TV, and XM Radio. The front has an Enclosure, a Fiesta gas Grill, and there is a Bow Ladder so the kids can swim off the front instead of the back. The galley includes a Trash Compactor, full size Kenmore Stove and Oven, full size Whirlpool Refrigerator w/ice maker, a Black & Decker Spacemaker coffee maker and a built in Microwave. For sleeping there is a Queen Master and a Bunk bed in t! he guest room. The bath is standard except the head is a Raritan Crown with Elongated Bowl and a Purasan Type 1 MSD Treatment System. There is also a Washer/ Dryer combo. Up stairs there is a Walk through Fly Bridge, Bimini Top, and a 12 foot Party Top. The boat comes complete with two Sea Doos, a 97 GTS and a 96 XP, as well as a Rooftop Davit. The propulsion is Two Volvo Penta 225HP V-8s with Duoprop outdrives. The Generator is an 11KW Westerbeke with a Dry Stack. All three engines are connected to a Jabsco Oil Change System. The engine compartment is kept warm in winter with The Boat Safe Marine Heater. $89,500 423 883 2131
