Has a 2008, 115 4 stroke Yamaha outboard, 4 year warrenty left on it, less than 10 hours on the engine.
New central heat & air, new inverter, with agm batt bank, boat was rewired, and is set up to work off the inverter, less heat and air & hot water heater.
12.5 Kw westerbeke, which was rebuilt and installed last year, it has a lot of hours but runs and starts great.
new gel coat on roof in 2007, Inside the cabin we redid the entire cabin, floor counter tops sink, walls. new small hot water heater ele installed last spring.
It has 2 gas water heater's we dont use, but are in good condition. Frig (ele) was bought last year, full size stove is like new operates on propane.
Hull is perfectly dry. this boat was on a bouy for 10 years w/out an engine.
2 new 50 gallon fuel tanks 07, plasma tv 08, stero radio. You can stay on this boat for a full weekend on the inverter alone, cabin lights, tv, water pumps.
2 fifty gallon fresh water holding tanks, one new 50 gallon holding tank for the head, head has shower, sink, commode,
hall way has a closet & a full size bed. Orignally it had 2 full size beds bunk style we took one down. Main bedroom with a double bed, 2 closets new front end canvas treatments with full side curtains, boat is documented built in 1988.
