put it on craigslist in all the major local markets.thats what i did and sold it in a week.

+1 Very few houseboats listed locally at the moment.. Also take some photo's for the listing they really do help with prospective buyers.. Also consider listing on WTOV9 it at least was free and listings there seem to place well with national search engine listings...
