Houseboat Dip is as easy as can be, 1 pouch Bumble
Bee boneless and skinless Smoked Salmon 6oz., 1 T. spoon
of lemon pepper, 1 T. spoon of Mrs. Dash and 2 to 3
T. spoons of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing in
bottle, mix all together and serve with crackers, Make
sure you have extra on board, We make 2 batches at a time for
shore parties or when family and friends stop by.
Enjoy!!!

This sounds yummy Fred, but can you define for me, "1 pouch skinless boneless salmon"? How much is one pouch? I am assuming it's smoked salmon you speak of.

Will you also clarify which ranch dressing to use? The kind that is already prepared in the bottle, or the dry mix? This does sound good! Thanks.

One more little question.....where you call for T.spoons are you speaking of;
tsp = teaspoon
Tbsp = tablespoon
I can see where this may be important.

Here is what we did for the trial run.
I used 6 tbsp of Ranch since I wanted a thinner dip. Excellant in every way, original and thinner. Thanks for the dip.
When I went to buy Mrs. Dash, I saw several varieties so I also got the 'Extra Spicy'. I used the same thinner recipe, substituting the 'Extra Spicy' for the original Mrs. Dash. I also added one tsp of Cumin. This seemed to be a nice spin-off for folks that like things spicy.
Thanks again, and I made two more batche for today's football.
