Empty Pockets
Empty Pockets was the name that actually came on the third houseboat my family bought and we have just stuck with it for the last two that we built. The current Empty Pockets is an 18- by 89-foot Sharpe that was custom built in 2003. This boat is particularly special to me because I drew the design for the outside of the boat myself and the painters were able to replicate that design on the boat; giving it a one-of-a-kind paint job.

Lovin Livin
We bought a fixer upper in 2001 and as of 2011, we have completed a total remodel, outside and inside. When we bought it we named it Lovin Livin and we, our family and friends, have been “lovin livin” ever since. There is no resemblance, today, to the original "shipwreck" we bought back then

Life is Good
We own a 2000 model, 65-foot Lakeview houseboat, with four bedrooms and two baths. Our family includes myself, my wife Jamie, our 9-year-old son Larson (named after my first cabin cruiser), our 5-year-old daughter Lauren, and our dog named Shiloh (named after a nearby marina). We have owned the boat for about four years now, and it is our home away from home. We go to the lake about every weekend, all year long.
Picking the name for our boat came very easily to us. Once we started looking at boats, we knew life would be good on a houseboat, so we agreed once we found our dreamboat, it would be called Life Is Good. And it has been very very good.

Just Right
Our boat is called Just Right , named after Tim Schwan aka JR of Holiday Boat Sales in Buford, Ga. because he made our new boat JUST RIGHT!
