Anchor Time- What size for my Gibson

OK.. so now I am looking for an Anchor for my '99 50' Gibson. Planned use is mainly intracoastal in South East Florida.

So.. what anchor and what size do ya'll recommend?

I use a Lewmar Pro-Fish 1000 free-fall windlass, with a 35# Delta, 20' of 5/16" chain and 5/8" rode for my 35 footer. I think you'd want at least that.
