I am unable to post photos. Can YOU??

I have tried many times today, and was unsuccessful.

Can anyone else upload photographic images?

It keeps saying "This is not a valid image file". I know that is wrong because I have loaded that image to other forums.

Yep, that is what it is doing to me. And I did with a photo that I copied which was posted to another form.
The first one I tired to post, state is was too large.
So I downloaded the second from another forum, and "This is not a valid file" popped up also.
The file was in "Jpeg" format.

I have posted many photos here, years ago, but have not tried lately, until I saw someone else posting about the inability to post images.

I have also attempted to post photo's numerous times myself without success. One way I know of that will work is to copy photos info. posted elsewhere and transfer them to here.



For this click insert picture tool bar, click url then insert url and then uncheck " Retrieve remote file and reference locally" and then click "insert image". It would be nice if they could just fix the issue though IMHO.

I'm a member of several other forums and this one is by far the most problematic when it comes to posting photos. I would love to share more photos and start more discussions on this site, but never can get the photos to work. This is a problem that needs to be addressed. Site traffic is negatively impacted by this issue.
