2002 Myacht 3510 pontoon houseboat sleeps up to six comfortably. On Patoka Lake, Celestine IN. Easy to maneuver and very well maintained. Removable enclosure on front & back deck for extra room and year round boating. 115 Mercruiser 4 stroke outboard with electronic tilt, which cruises at 7-10 mph. Includes two batteries, depth finder, and backup color camera. Comes with 30-amp shore power hookup or uses Onan 4kw gas generator with separate gas tank. Boat has a large bathroom with standup shower, toilet and vanity with sink; two holding tanks (grey 50 gallon and black water 25 gallon); 40 gallon freshwater holding tank with new (2018) water pump or shore pressure; 6-gallon propane gas water heater. Galley equipped with refrigerator, microwave and propane gas stove. Back deck has a Magma marine gas grill under heavy duty canvas cover. Electronics include 20 inch flat screen TV with HDTV antenna and AM/FM CD player with 2 inside speakers and 2 marine outdoor speakers on front deck. Very nice looking boat and should sell quickly. I've always thought MyYachts were cool and surprised marinas never kept some in their rental fleet. Most rental HBs are only affordable for multiple families. We would have loved one of these for just us and our kids. Good luck, bfried.

Surprised this hasn't sold. This is the very boat we tried to find used at a favorable price and good condition before I flew off the handle and more or less built my own.
