It's rare to find an automatic windless that combines both strength and beauty. Maxwell Marine's new RC10 Rope/Chain Windless does just that. Skillfully engineered, the sleek windless effortlessly retrieves and deploys up to 3/8" G40 HT short-link chain and 5/8-inch rope.

The high-tech, fully-automatic RC10 Windless is constructed from marine-grade chromed bronze for a long service life. An innovative, heavy-duty stainless steel pressure arm with a unique gypsy firmly grasps the rope/chain for an unparalleled level of performance.

A sealed oil bath and hard-anodized, alloy gearbox delivers a highly-efficient output drive. Time-tested, the stripper assembly design provides years of trouble-free use. A huge, through-deck, hawse pipe throat ensures easy entry of rode into and out of the anchor locker room.

Straightforward two-piece installation saves time and money. It is simple to retrofit without disassembly of the windless. The low-profile RC10 Rope/Chain Windless comes with a 1,000 or 1,200-watt motor and can be operated from helm station controls or an optional foredeck foot switches. A Max Grip capstan drum version is also available.

Featuring and exclusive 3-year limited warranty, the classy RC10 from Maxwell has a suggested retail price of $2,700. Contact Maxwell Marine Ltd. at 714-689-2904 or visit www.maxwellmarine.com.
