This strikingly renovated houseboat is the new home of Jan and Apryl Nebozenko, a couple who switched gears from building their own house to buying a new lifestyle in the form of this beautiful Mississippi-style paddleboat.

Huffington Post reports that Jan and Apryl found their future home on eBAY, of all places. On the lookout for a vessel that offered enough room for living but was relatively small in size, their plans immediately changed when they saw the beautiful paddleboat complete with grand piano for sale. While originally intended as a temporary situation, now the Nebozenkos enjoy the houseboat life year-round as full-time liveaboards with their dog, Sailor.

What’s the best thing about this new lifestyle? Apryl puts it simply when she says, “If you don't like your neighbors, you just leave."
