If you like plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows and wood accents in a houseboat, you don’t want to miss checking out this “floating cabin” shared by Curbed.
Dubbed the Floatwing, this lovely houseboat was designed by Friday, a leisure and vacation design, marketing, and engineering firm based in Portugal. Short and compact, the Floatwing measures in at 19 feet long but shows a light and airy atmosphere inside thanks to the remarkable amount of windows, as you can see from the pictures they shared. Two exterior motors get this houseboat going up to 3 knots for a relaxing pace and thanks to its efficient size, it can be shipped and constructed on-site. Check out more beautiful pictures here.
