BoatUS just announced yesterday that they will give you the money and help you grow your business if it joins the more than 800 marinas and 300 retail boating-related businesses participating in the BoatUS Partner Network Program.
The program aims to drive revenue to boating businesses that offer a discount to the more than a half million members of the national boating association. In exchange, BoatUS offers up to $250 a year simply for including a BoatUS logo in local advertising and offers additional marketing support online in boating publication advertising and point-of-sale promotional materials.
The most common marina discounts are on fuel, repairs, and transient slips. Tackle shops, fishing guides, ship’s stores, sail lofts and other businesses that cater to boaters have the flexibility to select discounts that best fit their target customers’ needs.
Partners tap into BoatUS member loyalty and gain a valuable listing on the BoatUS Member Service Locator, a custom webpage for their business on BoatUS.com, promotion in BoatUS Magazine and other boating and fishing publications, and a listing on the BoatUS App to help BoatUS members choose your business over your competition. Complimentary marketing supplies provided by BoatUS include promotional materials, signs, decals and flags.
Additionally, BoatUS Partners get up to $30 for every BoatUS annual membership sold to their customers. If a partner business sells at least 25 BoatUS memberships in a year BoatUS doubles the local advertising benefit to $500 for the following year.
