Destination Yachts is celebrating 20 years of making houseboats and they’ll be featuring one of them at the Atlanta Boat Show.

December 2018 Feature Web Exclusive

It’s been a little while since there’s been a houseboat at the Atlanta Boat Show, but this year Destination Yachts will be showing one of their 45-foot I series houseboats. The show will be held from January 10th to the 13th, and Destination, in conjunction with Holiday Harbor, would like to invite everyone to come and check it out.

Destination Yachts builds some gorgeous houseboats, and 2019 marks their 20 year anniversary. It was in 1998 that Sheldon Graber, the company owner, left Tracker Marine and started Destination Yachts Inc. Then the following year in January, the first Destination Yacht boat was shown at the Phoenix Boat Show and they’ve been making a splash in the houseboat industry ever since.

In the past 20 years, Destination Yachts has built nearly 400 boats in many different configurations. They weathered the economy of 2007 and 2008, and they’ve continued to keep market share and remain one of the oldest solely owned companies in the industry.

Today they offer Twin Hull, Full Hull and Catamaran hull houseboats along with Party Boats, Commercial Vessels and floating Condos.

As Destination continues to move forward, they would like to welcome Dillon and Haley Graber to the company as the next generation that leads them into the future. With that said, they’d like to thank everybody for a great 20 years and they're looking forward to many more years to come!
