A co-worker and I were taking a client's boat through the locks into Lake Union. It is always a treat to sail through the ship canal during business hours with all the activity going on the waterfront. Along the way this image struck us as striking. I suppose there is a trade off with the romantic waterfront lifestyle along a working waterfront.
