Everybody loves eating, especially onboard your houseboat with friends and family. If you are planning your end of the season party (or just in the mood for making a yummy fall treat), these pumpkin bars are perfect. They are quick and easy and simply delicious. If you are planning for a lot of people I would double the recipe because this will be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

Bars:
1 Box of Spice Cake Mix
15 oz. Canned Pumpkin
1 Cup of Miracle Whip
3 Eggs

Frosting:
1 Package of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter softened
2 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 Cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation Instructions

Mix cake mix, pumpkin, miracle whip and eggs. Beat until smooth. Grease 9- by 13-inch pan. Pour batter in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

In the meantime mix cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla together. Add powdered sugar a cup at a time and mix until smooth. Frost bars when done.
